The terms that apply when you use this website or engage OrbitsNova for services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of orbitsnova.com (the "Site") and any services or engagements provided by OrbitsNova ("we", "us", "our"), based at 12 Cherni Vrah Blvd, Floor 5, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
The Site is provided to describe OrbitsNova's solution areas and services, share information about the studio, and allow prospective clients and partners to get in touch. Content on the Site is for general information purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of services until a separate written proposal or agreement has been signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layout and design — is the property of OrbitsNova or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Case studies, sample outputs and any client or partner names referenced on the Site are shared with appropriate permission or in a manner consistent with our confidentiality obligations.
Any services or solution areas described on the Site — including Earth observation and imagery analytics, space situational awareness and orbital tracking, climate and environmental monitoring, geospatial data platform and APIs, mission advisory and ground segment consulting, and custom remote sensing solutions — are subject to a separate written proposal, scope of work, or contract agreed between OrbitsNova and the client before work begins. That separate agreement governs matters such as project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, data licensing, and intellectual property ownership, and will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict specific to an engagement.
Satellite imagery and tracking data are subject to inherent limitations, including revisit frequency, cloud cover, resolution, sensor accuracy, and catalog completeness. Results delivered by OrbitsNova reflect the best available data and methods at the time of delivery and are not guaranteed to be complete, real-time, or free of error. Where feasible, we validate results against ground-truth data and disclose known limitations, but analysis derived from satellite data should not be treated as the sole basis for safety-critical or legally binding decisions without independent verification appropriate to the use case.
Submitting a contact form, project brief, or email enquiry does not create a contractual relationship or obligation on either party. We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days, but we do not guarantee acceptance of any engagement.
Where we agree to provide services, fees, payment schedule and currency (euro, unless otherwise agreed in writing) will be set out in the relevant proposal or contract. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled, as further detailed in the applicable project agreement.
We treat client information, mission data, and technical details shared with us as confidential, and we expect the same discretion from clients regarding our internal methods and pricing. Specific confidentiality terms for a given engagement will be set out in the relevant project agreement.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including satellite data providers and ground station operators. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party site or service, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and we make no representation that satellite-derived analysis will meet a specific accuracy threshold for any use case not explicitly agreed in a project contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrbitsNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or European Union law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrbitsNova against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless a separate project agreement specifies otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@orbitsnova.com. This is our sole point of contact for legal and general enquiries; we do not accept binding notices by phone or social media.
